Abstract
The joint and converged positions of Russia and China About Syrian crisis, in terms of supporting the Syrian government at all levels, and stand with it to facing the regional and international pressures against it,this positions formed amilestone in acontemporary international relations, As these positions came as a result of recent changes which began affecting the international system, these changes that led to the emergence both of China and Russia, as very significant states in the global arena at various levels, especially in light of the convergence of positions and higher coordination level between them in a lot of global issues including the Syrian issue, This international starting of the two countries could be a motivation for a lot of countries around the world are wishing to freedom from Western domination control. The crisis in Syria and what dragged from unilateral and multilateral pressures especially from Western countries and their dependents in Arab area, In order to weaken the Syrian state and to keep the country in a senseless bloody conflict , thus both Russia and China their a constructive and firm positions of the Syrian crisis in international forums. All of the above formed a research motivation to shed light on the causes of the strategy factors that led to the evolution of these positions in international relations, and how the continuity of these attitudes and stability?,and then a review the steps the Syrian government on the foreign policy of regional and international conglomerates,which includes one or both of the two countries.
