| Abstract The present research entitled ( Aestheticism of Gilding in Quranic Manuscripts in Imam Husain' s Holy Shrine) dealt with the ornamentation of manuscripts in general which was considered a real manifstsation of the argumentative relation between the ornamental art and the human mind and its adherence to religious doctrines whether or positive . The research included four sections . Section one dealt with the methodical framework represented by the problem of the research which dealt with the aesthetcism of gilding with its mechanisms in the Quranic manuscripts to show the variety and renewal which we notice in the manuscript designing in addition to the importance of the research and the need for it and also its aim entitled ( knowing the aesthetcism of gilding the Quranic manuscripts in Imam Husain 's holy shrine ) . Section two dealt with the theoretical framework which included two subsections : the first dealt with the gilding in the ornamental construction with the working mechanisms whereas the second subsection had the title , the Quranic Manuscripts ( mechanisms and application ) . Section three was an analysis of the sample of the research which consisted of two samples . Section four dealt with the results the most important of which are : 1- The Muslim decorator resorted to gilding the written elements ( Holy Quran Texts ) to give the Quranic manuscripts pure aesthetic values . 2- The artist intended to highlight some suras of the holy Quran in order to make them overlapped with the ornamental constructions by the gilding process which gives the ornamental scene a pure idealistic aestheticism . The research came out with the following important conclusion : *The Muslim decorator tried to highlight the aesthetic values by assuming the gilding constructions as a basis for proceeding towards the divine aestheticism which is achieved through deep consideration . The research ended with some recommendations , the most important of which is: ( The aestheticism of the ornamental views in the professor Taha Al- Bustany books ) | ||
