| mental picture of their audiences for individuals, groups and organizations, States and peoples. It is the window through which overlooks the masses on events and issues, and in the light of their exposure to these means are their opinions and impressions. Despite the importance of direct experiences in forming opinions and draw pictures and impressions but inevitable reliance on these means if members can not engage in direct experiences with thousands of events, issues and topics pertaining to their community and other communities. There is no doubt that the media of great importance at the present time, because of its significant impact in the management of the course of political life, social and economic, especially during crises, wars and exceptional circumstances that may pass by any country, which will be reflected in turn on the values and attitudes of society. So shall take into account the role that posed by these media, media play an active role in various fields, including: 1. Expose the malpractices of the rulers and highlight citizen error and mistake in their actions. 2. Educating and guiding people, giving them a ready-made ideas and declared and associated methods of persuasion. It has become the media in the modern era of the necessities of modern life, and that its use in the defense of opinion and belief and the issue of presence is inevitable, and if lagged this tool, many of the rights distorted images or lose her rights, the media is a tool of policy is able to influence the minds of the people and attitudes | ||
