Abstract
Abstrrcat Part I contains the Introduction and the importance of research, as demonstrated by the importance of research to know the most important things that raises the level of administrative performance, but the problem was there several failures in the managerial performance in the faculties of Physical Education in Baghdad . The aim of the research knowledge of the differences in the answer to the Performance Management faculties of Physical Education in Baghdad province from the perspective of administrators according variables career title PhD, MA, BA) .( Part III included field research methodology and procedures as a researcher use descriptive approach to fit the sample, and the researcher distributed the questionnaire consisting of (paragraph 43) on the total sample of (122) individuals representing administrators faculties of Physical Education in the And Part IV guarantees the presentation and discussion of results through the display tables, and then discuss the results that have been reached . And ensure that Part V main conclusions and recommendations The most important conclusions : 1. Inadequacy of educational curricula that can be based upon management colleges in the improvement and development, program development and strategic planning processes. 2.weak administrative contact system which connects between the colleges of education and sports between the college or universities, colleges and other similar in the province of Baghdad. The most important recommendations: 1.Choose capable administrative leadership to bring about the desired change in the work of Physical Education colleges in order to achieve its objectives and future development. 2.work on the development of administrative formations enhance the relationship between the schematic level and the operational level, particularly administrative activation in those colleges.
