| Abstract | ||
| In light of the feet in the search, we can say that part of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, and the Iraqi national unity within the Kurdish identity, has economic elements, and human Significance of the country, there is a concentration of natural wealth (oil, water), it is one of the basic resources, and the task that affect the strength of the Iraqi state, and in coordination with the provincial government on the best use of them, and invest, where the promise is more important than inventory possession of reserves, in order to lead ultimately to increase production, and then give an economic power, and political state, as the power of the state is measured also economic output, and diversification of the size, per capita and the extent of its association with the progress technological, and industrial, and to achieve the state and the region a unique place among the nations of the world. | ||
