| Abstract | ||
| Islamic Sharia Focused on happiness of human and prosperity and sought to provide the fullest extent possible causes of happiness and harmony with society, and in the forefront of those reasons: its unity with others in a row and common word, but this glue Sharia warned of any act or any individual intends to discord and making dispersions and differences ... and from the need for unity of society and its impact on individual happiness, and the Highness the Islamic Sharia and the multiplicity of its followers gaved this research which marked: (the unity of Iraq in Islamic law) its important, specialy in this circumstance that Iraq is going through the ambitions of external and internal greediness that threats the unity of its land and its future. The research has come to the results, including: the legitimate means to achieve unity: the deployment of the unit culture in society, and unite the community on the basis of true loyalty , and the formation of a unitary entities within the nation, with the necessity of acceptance of others, and away from the dissension, and mending it. Also the political forces operating in Iraq is an urgent in need to adopt the principle and frank honest dialogue as the only way to solve the problems and blocks that faces the demonstrstion of political work in the country, and also the education curricula takes place in the unity of the Iraqi nation : by not assigned it to the wrong people to it. Finally, the media operating in Iraq should promote national unity according to a conscious plan using mechanics of national discourse prevails by fair with all the local Iraqi fabric. | ||
