| Abstract Shatt al arab is one of al basrah government district which has an important geograhicl situation .this crucial geographicl sitation gives its important .it occurs an shatt al arab banks ban itsleft side we now the exist and develop ment important of theis watery for the flouris hment of the of al basrah city and shatt al arab district though shatt alarab dic trict is not ane of the historical city ,so many events happened in this dic t rict from time to time and left its cleareffestc in the memres and its nory of theis district.it also affect ts its exitance flourishment and devlop ment through ant reading and searcing abont the district feat civil and social services ,it is clear that the district lack sufficient number of the civil institution esbecially in the number of school ,instilntion markets and hosbitals.beeause of the wide population it becomes an urgent need to establish alof these civil institution. | ||
