| Abstract | ||
| The nature of the relation between the political parties is one of the most important features of the political scene in Iraq after the revolution of 14th of July 1958. The nature of these relations have great effect. The relation between the Communistic Party and Al-Baa'th Party is an example became one of the most important political aspects in the period after Al-Ba'ath Party took the power for the second time in 1968 to 1979. The subject of the present study is the relation between these two parties between (1973-1979). This period of time witnessed the most important event in the relation between these two parties when they comprise (The Progressive National Bloc) in 1973 and their relation changed from conflict to cooperative work but the bloc collapsed in 1979 and they return to conflict again | ||
