| Abstract | ||
| 1- The Messenger (PBUH) is our god leader, the educator, the teacher and the appointed to the consultation principle understanding, by saying and by doing and by all this principle means, so we can say it is the higher authority in dealing with the companion (Peace Upon Them) in order to consult him about judging of all cases that they were debatable about, also the prophet specialized in the Judicial Power and the Legislative Power and then reach to the Executive Power. 2- The consultation principle at Allah’s Prophet has conditions and horizons , the conditions are represented by ,does not refer to the consultation when there is a legislative article , whether the horizons is represented by not dispensing of this principle in our life , the Nation that gives up of the consultation principle can’t attach with high civilizations boat. The consultation members in his era (PBUH) were who have visions and prudence opinion and in the lead was) Abu Bakir Al Sidiq and Omar Bin Al Khatab (PUT), so we have to walk according to HIS approach (PBUH) in applying this principle, by words and doings. | ||
