| Abstract | ||
| The contemporary age witnesses an intellectual and technological expansion in all the aspects of life. The result is the emerge of scientific awareness in brain studies which led to enormous discoveries. In the light of such development, there was a necessity for a strategy that enables the trainee of mastering the skills of sport games which positively affects his/her readiness, aptitude, and power as a response to his/her tendency and interest. This study tries to investigate the effect of skillful exercises in reference to Herman scale on learning hand balance in artistic gymnastics for the students of the college of physical education. The researchers used the experimental method with equivalent groups. The study was conducted on a sample of 34 students form the second grade of the college of physical education. The sample group were chosen randomly from 140 students. Throughout processing the data, the researchers discovered that skillful exercises in reference to Herman scale has a great significance in learning the skill of hand balance in artistic gymnastics in the students of the college of physical education. Finally, the researchers recommended utilizing this method in the training. | ||
