| Abstract | ||
| The State shall guarantee the protection of the legal interests by a range of legislation dealing with maintaining the legitimate rights and preventing the gain is illegal, therefore the need arose to provide legal cover for punishment for attacks which lies on the credit card , because of the lack absorb texts that deal with crimes against credit card the presence of a number of fundamental differences between them and traditional crimes , as is the case in the crime of forgery . Since the crime of fraud offenses detrimental to the public interest being targeted trust deposited by the legislator in the editors so had to punish all acts that wasted those rights , whether those editors formal or customary or credit card to ensure that the occurrence of a change for what they are, and this protection , such as what needs to be provided in the crime of forgery as well as necessitate their presence in the credit card fraud crime , although both types differ in a number of fundamental points in terms of the concept or the way they committed or in terms of the legislative and judicial treatment . Based on the foregoing, held some of the conventions and international conferences to address the lack of legal protection for credit card fraud , has gone on that approach some of the legislation , including the French legislation , while not addressing other legislation , as is the case in the Egyptian Penal Code and the Iraqi this important topic and left it to the texts of traditional dealing with the crime of forgery needed to amend existing provisions to provide the necessary protection | ||
