This search aims to clear the important of vertical and horizontal analyses of data which used in draw of the statistical control chart to quality control , and know the range of shifting the average of production process and standard deviation from specification limits to decrease the fail probability when consumer used product , or decrease economic risk which result from instability of process , in addition to : using the normal distribution curve to discover effected the shifting of process mean on quality properties which study .
