| Abstract Researcher seeks to achieve a major goal of the research is to identify effective strategies to combat financial and administrative corruption and to determine its role in the performance of the organization. It can identify the research problem in defining the role of modern strategies to combat financial and administrative corruption in the performance. The importance of current research of the importance of variables and themes that meant addressing them, which focuses on two variables are (anti-corruption strategies of financial and administrative performance and Organizational and can take advantage of such research through would be provided from data and information on methods of combating corruption in Studies Academy, and was based on the research on the hypothses head of states on the lack of correlation significant differences between strategies to combat financial and administrative corruption and the performance of the organization and research reached a number of conclusions, the most important work on the development of appropriate strategies can defiance and eliminate forms of financial and administrative corruption and thereby enhancing performance and light that has been formulated a number of recommendations, including increasing awareness among employees about the serious aspects of this phenomenon and work on activating the controlling role of all Type to reduce this phenomenon. | ||
