| Abstract | ||
| This current study aime to identify the effect of the psychological empowerment on Entrepreneur Behavior. Four dimensions of psychological empowerment include: competence, meaningfulness, self-determination, and impact. Sample was selected of (80) lecturers in three colleges at Al- Muthana University. The results showed that the psychological empowerment was available in a good level in all the colleges with the highest value for impact, competence, meaningfulness, and self-determination. The Entrepreneur Behavior was high in general. The results also showed that there was a significant effect of psychological empowerment on Entrepreneur Behavior. The study recommended that the psychological empowerment provided in more advanced levels due to their important role in Entrepreneur Behavior. | ||
