| Abstract | ||
| The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between the dividends and the market value of shares listed in Iraqi stock Exchange (ISES)as well as affected by profitability ,free cash flow and financial leverage. We test this relationship by using multable regression analysis. The sample study consisted of (42)listed companies in Iraqi stock exchange distributed on the sectors of banks serviles and industry for the period 2010-2014 .Search results showed a relationship of statistical signify came between the distributed dividends and the market value of shares in researched sectors ,Also the lock of effect of financial leverage on the relationship between the distributed dividends and the market value of shares. | ||
