Abstract
The Arab societies lived and since ancient time , series of historical frustrations, especially due to the impact of wars and invasions, by the fact that the Arab region was and still is the focus of the task of many civilizations in order to control them, but this does not prevent the Arab Human preserve the historical and cultural Treasure against a lot of anti-currents, Because these communities began to evolve gradually over previous periods despite the obstacles began to impose its control to handcuff cultures which colonized the country by imposing its culture on the culture of the colonial state (territory), from here that the occupying state become a march to the orders of countries it occupied. The problem is based in the reality of those communities that have the culturally Treasure they now need to elevate this cultural Treasure front of the development that took place the culture of the world, especially Western countries, but we Arabs have we stayed in our places as a result of cultural backwardness in most Arab societies to the lack of intellectual awareness, as we have become imitators of Western cultures, which took art in general and theater in particular, of the ideas that led to the emergence of quasi-dramatic features of civilization in Mesopotamia and the Nile Valley civilization representative and the reviews that were made in the eastern theater.
