| Abstract The research includes five chapters :the first chapter includes the introduction which states the importance of research , the psychological pressures and its relation to the athletic administration of presidents' clubs in Iraq and the problem of research .The second chapter states the survey of similar theoretical studies, the concepts of psychological pressures ,athletic administrations , making the decision and the types of administrations . while the third chapter shows the methods of research (The researchers use the descriptive methods as its suitable in solving the problem . The society of research includes 123clubs ,while the sample of research is 70 persons who present (57%) of the total research society . The four chapter displays argument ,the analysis, tables . The final chapter includes the results and recommendations | ||
