Abstract
research goals : 1. Develop practical exercises for neuromuscular agree to develop the physical abilities of young Agafza Alzanh. 3. determine the effect of applied exercises for neuromuscular agree on some of the physical capabilities of the Agafza Alzanh rookies. The researcher concluded: 1. The exercises compatibility nervous and muscular exercises using fitness (training ground of different kinds of peace) and style (training barriers of various kinds, jogging between cones) helped in the development of the level of achievement for a distance of 30 m Fitness in junior effectively pole vault. 2. that the exercises nervous compatibility muscle using (jogging carry stick between pillars Obdunha) and exercises rapid force to carry the stick or without (lifting the knee jogging jumping and payment of the above), as well as exercises jump and partridge and jump helped develop the level of achievement for a distance of 30 m and muscle strength of the two men junior effectively jump pole vault. The researcher recommended: Through the findings of the researcher recommends the following: 1. emphasis on the use of exercise to agree neuromuscular and Fitness (ground peace training of various kinds) and style (training barriers of various kinds) in the training of young jumpers. 2. the need to use rapid sprinting exercises to carry the stick and distinctive strength exercises to develop fast speed as well as the distinctive force as fast as in the training of young jumpers.
