| Abstract | ||
| ABSTRACT Consequent responsibility of the government's political set of effects, notably the withdrawal of the Chamber of Deputies of the trust that already granted to the government or one of its members, and this effect may be inclusive of the entire government and that if it was the responsibility of a solidarity government, incurred as a result of the disposal of actions relating to the general policy of the government to include all these members of the government, without exception. Unlike individual political responsibility by the Council that the withdrawal of confidence from one or some of the ministers individually and without that extends to the rest of the members of the government, and when it was her positive disposition about politics of the Ministry of the minister or the ministers. As well as the withdrawal of confidence from the government or a minister there further effect on the solidarity of political responsibility, a continuation of the conduct of governmental affairs in the state until the formation of the new government, which holds the Council of Deputies confidence based on the principle of the continuation of the state, as opposed to individual political responsibility, which does not apply to them this effect the different vowels. These effects ensue after taking into account the procedures and conditions of a certain formality to each other and each objective according to each constitutional system, as taken up in the folds of the search. | ||
