| Abstract So call the texts of modern constitutions noticed that phenomenon (Constitutionalizing the rules of criminal law) or the establishment of (constitutional legitimacy to the rules of criminal law) of revenue through a lot of the principles of this law at the heart of the constitutional document. This reinforces the importance of and the need to respect the rules of criminal law in both its (objective - Sanctions) and (formal or procedural - trials), and the examples that we choose a wide orbit discussed this two Iraqi Constitution of 2005 in force and the Constitution Bavarian force Bavarian German Federal. | ||
