| Witness is an essential pillar of the criminal case, in which His presence deducted contributes significantly advance faster and less effort, where the integral role with the judge, workers at the last view of the criminal proceedings. Penal legislation, including the Iraqi legislature has taken the role of the witness in the performance of his testimony for the guarantees and conditions and regulations must be fulfilled in order to take into consideration and contribute with the judge effort in the resolution of the criminal case and then returned redress the innocence of the accused or convicted of, and will be seen in the following pages of this paper. | ||
