| Abstract | ||
| As longer exercise quality is the utmost specialization in quantity and quality and timing in the sense of development in accordance with the uses instantaneous groups muscle inside skillful performance , which is considered a critical factor in the success of a client hiring labor nervous and muscular for this performance , " The exercise of quality one innovations of modern science and the application of this exercise leads to the occurrence of a major breakthrough at the level of the performance and effectiveness of the players gymnastics and other sports and exercise quality help raise the levels of specialization in the development of performance skills . " The most important goals of research were 1-Develop a curriculum of exercises using a parallel -quality instructional assistant at low altitude to Ttaiwirbed basic motor skills on a parallel . 2-To identify the level of performance of some basic motor skills on a parallel two groups ( experimental and control ) in the pretest and posttest . 3-to identify the effect of exercise quality using a parallel learning assistant at low altitude to develop some basic motor skills on a parallel to the experimental group and determine the proportion of development . While the research hypotheses : 1- There were statistically significant differences in the level of performance skills of some motor skills for the two experimental and control groups in the two tests ( pre and post ) 2-There were statistically significant differences in the value of the differences and the percentage of improvement in the post test for the performance of some motor skills for the two experimental and control groups . As well as the researcher used the experimental method to Amlaúma procedures for this study sample consisted of 50 students from the third stage in the Faculty of Physical Education were divided into two groups ( control group and experimental ) The most important Alastnajat reached by the guardian : 1-The existence of significant differences for each of the rolling skills on a parallel front for total control . 2-There are significant differences in the experimental group posttest and all basic motor skills on a parallel for Boys 3-The presence of the proportion of the development of the experimental group in the post test for some motor skills The researcher recommended a number of recommendations including: 1-emphasis on the use of specific exercises and permanently in the studied gymnastics- 2-The use of quality exercise programs in preparation for the public and private educational unit 3-emphasis on the use of devices similar to the devices legal gymnastics to help students perform motor skills difficult in gymnastics 4 - Taking into account the selection exercise appropriate quality of performance skills including basic skills resemble each device | ||
