| Part I Dealt a researcher at the door the first definition of research and provided its importance and represented oversee educational mainstay of the pillars of the education system, and aims to develop and increase the effectiveness of the system by working on the development of interventions, and develop its operations to achieve the output desired, and posed a problem through the following main question: (What are the obstacles supervisory work shared between the educational supervisor and director of the school), and the objectives of the research and is one goal: to identify the obstacles supervisory work shared between the educational supervisor and director of the school and the areas of research is the field of human: - supervisors and school principals primary, intermediate and secondary, and domain temporal: - has been applied study tool in the second semester of the 2012-2013 year and spatial domain: general education schools and the Directorate of Educational Supervision within the city of Basra Conclusions and recommendations Concluded the researcher that there are a lot of burdens and tasks, administrative and technical Almlqa on responsibility of each of the principal of the school and the educational supervisor., And there should be coordination between the supervisor and the director of Directorate of recommendations were as follows that work to encourage collaborative work between the parties to the process supervisory supervisors materials and moderators of activity and administrators guide and administrators and moderators techniques of school management and others | ||
