Abstract
Abstract This research seeks to identify the impact of management innovation to improve the quality of service the insurance company surveyed to show the achievements of creative workers in the upper levels of what they experience and high qualifications and submit their distinctive , as generated in the behavior of the creators motivated heading towards compete with each other and show it in front of the company , where embodied these motives and competition towards improving the quality of service , achieving customer satisfaction , which is a strong incentive for the success of the process of innovation compared to the company's position Rated those creations in addition to establishing a mechanism of incentives , whether physical or moral, and finall was reached a number conclusions and recommendations.
