Abstract
The importance of research to clarify how to build a training program use hardware and training tools related to performance and requirements of special physical addition to invent your assessment of the attempts successful and failed will help in the delivery of scientific information to our instructors about the role of this program is to raise the level of your physical and functional players long jump in this research It may also contribute to raising the level of achievement of the players in the broad jump record time and saving time and effort for the coach and the player.
The research aims to:
1-Develop a training program proposal made by using training tools for the development of the physical level and the achievement of the players the long jump.
2-Understand the impact of the proposed training program using training tools manufactured for the development of the physical level and the achievement of the players the long jump.
3-making device attempts to assess the successes and failures in the level of achievement for the players, the long jump.
4-to identify the differences before and after the control and experimental groups in the development and level of physical achievement of the players the long jump.
5- to identify the differences between the dimensional control and experimental groups in the development of the physical level and the achievement of the players the long jump.
The most important conclusions: outweigh the control and experimental groups of accomplishment resulting from the evolution of the physical attributes necessary for effectiveness.
And researchers recommended: the adoption of the training program to train the players the long jump for his accomplishment and development in the physical attributes necessary .
