Abstract
The current research aims to measure the impact of consolidation in the psychological construction for the deaf and mute in the Amal Institute in Basra have included sample overall (35) students, the researcher numbers measure for this purpose, he dealts with the mental side and the social side, showed results that strengthened his impact in rebuilding psychological research also proved that there are differences in average scores between the cultural level and age, for the benefit of the cultural level.
