| Abstract | ||
| The research aims: 1-preparation exercises using special tools and aids to learn the skill of the jump on the front floor mat movements. 2-effect tools and aids in learning the skill of the performance jump on the front floor mat movements. To investigate, the researchers put the research objectives the following hypotheses: 1-existence of significant differences for pre and post tests for the two experimental and control groups in the level of performance skill jump front hands on the table land movements. 2-the existence of significant differences for the test posttest between the experimental and control groups and in favor of the experimental group of skill hands jump forward on the table land movements Done choose the research community of students in the Faculty of Physical Education / Diyala University for the academic year 2013-2014, while the sample has been selected in the manner intentional and consisted of students from the third phase of Diyala University and of their number (40) student. And then were divided into two groups in a manner lottery experimental and control. It was a parity of the two sets of search. The researchers concluded the existence of significant differences for the two experimental and control groups for the two tests pre and post psychomotor skills and interest Posttest, and also the presence of significant differences in the post-test psychomotor skills and in the interest of the experimental group, and recommended that researchers attention to the development of the components of fitness in a comprehensive manner so as to link closely together to serve the aesthetic performance and ease, conducting research and similar studies to identify the relationship of some elements of fitness and performance impact artistic gymnastics. | ||
