| Abstract | ||
| The research tackles the change in the pronunciation of the synonyms because of the context in a Quranic text (Sura of Al-Hujurat). The synonyms are the ones that change in the linguistic text without changing or extensively affecting the general meaning. But rhetoric is achieved only through selecting a suitable synonym for the context because each synonym has a different connotation. Thus, the change in the pronunciation does not affect its lexical meaning only but its derivative form too. It may also lead to its grammatical role which certainly results in changing its meaning. | ||
