| Abstract | ||
| Leadership is very difficult for it demands experience. The more the leader is experienced the more he is successful in his mission. The leader have to be firm and strong to be followed. Prophet Mohammad did not study how to be a leader and he was never known as a leader. His soldiers obeyed him although he was not stiff or firm with them they did so because of their belief in his message. Prophet Mohammad was so merciful with the hypocrites who were trying to do some damage in his army and he said (Mohammad does not kill his followers). He found excuses to those who committed mistakes and by this he gave lessons in merciful leadership. He was not merciful to his followers only but to his enemies as well especially to the prisoners of war and he ordered his followers not to hurt a woman, a child ,nor an old man. | ||
