| Abstract | ||
| The aim of the study to identify the effect of distributing and intensive exercise and to identify any of the two exercises the most influential in some variables physiological that include (pulse pressure and oxygen tissue) to learn some of compound movements by foil weapon, study sample consisted of 14 students from the society based on (24) student from Students Third Phase / Physical Education College / University of Al-Qadisiyah for the academic year 2012-2013, the sample not exercised previously fencing game except for the modules within the curriculum and the two researchers used experimental method for suitability study, the researchers have divided sample into two groups each group 7 students girls , applying the curriculum on the two groups (experimental 1 and experimental 2 groups) Experimental (1) learned distributing and experimental (2) learned by manner of instructor (Exercise intensive), group exercise distributing exercise or included its approach on (24) educational unit rate of two units per week and reached the time of each educational unit (45 minutes) The group of intensive exercise included curriculum on (12) educational unit by one unit per week, the total time of each educational unit (90 minutes) The study of the results, that the effectiveness of exercise (distributing and intensive) both individually impacted positively in some physiological variables for students when learning some movements weapon foil movements , while distributing exercise was more effective in terms of the positive impact of the same variables compared with intensive exercise. | ||
