| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to identify the impact of exercises star on the values of some of the physical variables with the injured knee . The researchers used experimental method for suitability and the nature of the research, were selected sample way intentional where consisted of (8) players with different knee injuries ages (32-22 years), and who have been diagnosed by specialists in various hospitals and private medical clinics, It was distributed to two groups I have been using the variables of physical, namely, (Strength endurance, speed the transition, the flexibility of the back and thigh muscles, and BMI gym BMI) was concluded in the search through the role following the exercises made up the curriculum rehabilitative expected and its impact on the improvement of most of the variables are physical with players injured, which is reflected in the high level values each of the variables under consideration. The exercises by the star were the biggest effects of traditional exercises deployed for rehabilitation of the knee joint. Has recommended that researchers need to take care of the physical aspects of the injured players for their rehabilitation and return to the fields of various sports | ||
