| Abstract | ||
| The aim of the study: to identify the level of competence of leadership among the members of the angel training in the unit sports activity in Mustansiriya University as well as the knowledge of the relationship between the leadership competency management and the success of the plan of action researcher used the descriptive approach in a manner survey suitability of the current study This included the research community to the members of the angel training in the unit sports activity in Mustansiriya University was chosen as the sample are intentional who hold a master's degree and doctorate reached the research community (26) as coach and researcher relied on a scale leadership competency for trainers who was prepared (properly butcher) and includes scale two-dimensional first attention to performance and the second dimension and interest to athletes (relations) and to use this measure in identify the leadership competency of trainers researcher has extracted the scientific bases for the measure to make sure the charity and persistence and the experiment reconnaissance before the final application on a sample of (5) players from outside the research sample and then the main experiment on a sample of research and the researcher used statistical methods were presented the results analyzed and discussed and may resulted in the search results for the existence of a correlation between the efficiency of leadership for administrators, coaches, and the level of performance in the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the following: 1- Emphasis on efficiency leadership for administrators and coaches and work on creating the right climate for the development of this case in order to serve performance. 2- Work on the rehabilitation of coaches through open training courses in technical and administrative aspects and psychological aspects as well as the tactical and training. 3-Work to further studies in the field of competence of leadership for coaches in various sports activities. | ||
