| The rapid development in achieving athletic levels in various areas of sports and the individual was not coincidence but the result of proper planning based on scientific grounds and clear in education and training, due to the entry Gymnastics wheel of evolution, it has complicated movements that lead them, and had to evolve as well and the means of education and training on these movements, hence it became necessary to find new ways to ensure accelerate the education of students on the one hand, and help the teacher to reach the planned level on the other hand lies the importance of research in the design of device helps teach the skill to stand on the shoulders of a parallel, from through the provision of the conditions of learning easier and assist the student in reducing the burden it because of the fear of rising first and take skill on more than one form and height without refuge to be divided into levels from which to remove the fear factor of the student and help him by teaching and who is close to him and more control The student's performance at the skill required and this Mayam benefit the students of the second phase in learning the skill of standing on the shoulders parallel to the device in a simple and each subsequent payments.
