| Abstract | ||
| A total of 328 seminal fluid samples were collected from infertile patients with various types of infertility; Azoospermia, oligozoospermia, asthenozoospermia, teratozoospermia aged between 19 to 60 years, in comparsion with control group (Normospermia) during march until August 2013. The biggest number of infertility were in age 19-29 years which reached 143(44%) ,followed by 30-39 years 109 (33%) and ˃ 40 years 76(23%) . There are significant differences between various infertility types and age groups (p˂0.05). A total of 48 isolations of Gram positive and negative bacterial Types were isolated Staphylococcus aureus has a highly prevalence from (45) infertile patients numbered 15 isolates in percentage (29%) , followed by other bacterial types : Streptococcus pyogenes , Klebsiella Spp. , Escherichia coli, Enterobacter Spp. and Neisseria gonorrhea that numbers of isolations and percent ages as follows: 14(29%),7(15%) ,3 (6%),and 2(4%) respectively . statistically, there are significant differences between numbers of bacterial isolates (P˂0.05). | ||
