| Abstract | ||
| The relationship between vocational training teachers’ awairness of their demands and their attitudes towards their profession Learning process accomplished through cooperation among the teacher، the leaner and the curriculum، and because there presents one of the most influential factor in the learning process so it is very important studying all the phenomena that effect him for the progress of the educational process. It is noticed that the willingness to be teachers minimized because of many reasons because of that the researcher wants to explore the relationship between teachers’ awairness of their profession and its effect on their willingness to be teachers to fulfill the aim of the study the researcher presents the following question: Is there any relationship between teachers of vocational training awairness of their teaching demands and their attitudes towards their carrier? The researcher adopts a descriptive approach to fulfill the aim of the research. The sample of the study consists of (56) teacher of vocational training in teacher training institutes in governorates of Karbala، Babylon، Najaf and Qadisiyah. The pilot study sample consist of another (10) teachers. The research tools are: A Questionnaire built up by the researcher. A standard scale for measuring the attitudes towards teaching profession. The research ends with some conclusions، recommendations and suggestions. | ||
