| Abstract | ||
| Jordanian industrial sector witnessed years ago the production of plastic pipes of irrigation purpose. Manufacturer Alkhalily was one who emerged in factories equipped with a local market presence of these products and reduced reliance on overseas. Began to search the framework includes a research problem and its importance and purpose of conducting hypothesis and methodology followed by، and in other part of research was to assess the feasibility of investment in the industry depending on the evaluation criteria and economic rick statement efficiency in the factory . The research found in the end to suggest some treatments for problems facing the facility including: the adoption of the principle of maintenance programmed in order to address the situation stops constant machinery and equipment and the formation of a committee in Amman Chamber of industry to preserve the rights of producers in the industry face and help farmers to rely on the use of pipes for irrigation and pay in timely manner on the other hand. As well as providing appropriate incentives for employees to reduce the phenomenon of labor turnover at the facility in addition to stand on the real reasons for the low exports in the recent period and processed، whether at the enterprise level or at the importer . | ||
