| The research aims to: - 1. At a scale of steering through the leadership of coaches swimming and legalize it and apply it from the standpoint of swimmers. 2to identify the level of guidance from the leadership of the coaches during the swim from the viewpoint of swimmers in the central and southern regions. The most important conclusions 1. At a scale of guidance through leadership coaches swimming at from the standpoint of swimmers in the central and southern regions. 2. Directive on the basis of the results of scale through leadership turns out that most of the coaches have Qao at the middle level The most important recommendations The current scale is a tool to detect the direction of the swimming instructors from the viewpoint of the level swimmers. | ||
