Abstract
Chapter One : Are crystallized the problem of control at a rate of heart beat during training modules lead to the development of some of the physical attributes and physical efficiency and completion ( 1500 ) ' and the level difference between the experimental group and the control group in the variables under study . The objectives of the research are: 1` Identify the effect of control at a rate of heartbeat between pretest and posttest for the experimental group and the control group in the development of some of the physical attributes and physical competence and achievement among Rakda meters . 2 to identify a posteriori tests between the experimental group and the control group in the development of some of the physical attributes and physical efficiency and effectiveness of the achievement has Rakda 1500 meters . The research hypotheses are: 1 the presence of statistically significant differences between pre and post tests for the experimental group and the control group in the development of some of the physical attributes and physical efficiency and achievement and in favor of the post test at Rakda effectiveness ( 1500 meters) . 2 The presence of statistically significant differences between the two tests posteriori between the experimental group and the control group in the development of physical attributes and physical competence and achievement and in favor of the experimental group at Rakda the effectiveness of the 1500 meters . The second section has included theoretical studies .
