Abstract
Was the importance of the importance of research adoption Two efforts Bdnyin to indicate the level of immediate responses during the performance of some of the variables of the circulatory system respiratory with focused research problem in that there is suffering on the local level to find ways and means to measure and in harmony with the nature of the medium in which you conduct water sports, especially swimming. Research aims recognition: 1- The level of speed-strength of the arms and legs with young swimmers 1,500 meters. 2-level Mtaulp speed of the arms and legs with young swimmers 1,500 meters. 3-maximum heart rate during the performance when performing two efforts Albdnyin. 4-The maximum rate of breathing at times during the performance when performing two efforts Albdnyin. 5-the differences between the responses of the variables of the circulatory system Chapter Five : Conclusions and recommendations. The most important is the conclusion the researcher was: 1-a difference in the level of respiratory responses to the circulatory system when performing various physical efforts. The researcher recommended: 1- interest in using field tests, whether inside or out of the water and on a regular basis because it is one of the most important means to detect the strengths and weaknesses of the swimmer.
