| Abstract | ||
| ـــــThe research includes a research problem and through the work of a researcher within the jurisdiction of fencing and view the work of some of the coaches of clubs Basra in the game of fencing, the researcher found that the process of selecting the players performed in the traditional manner, a certain physical tests the old and the absence of any tests give or determine the levels of truth to the player's performance in all respects physical and functional skills. The objectives of the research was the design and rationing vehicle tests to assess the level of performance (physical and Mehari and functional) among young players duel, determine numerical indicators of tests designed in accordance with the formula to calculate the degree Define test grades and levels of standard tests designed. The research methodology and procedures of the field has the researcher used the descriptive approach, where is the most appropriate way to resolve the problem of the current study, where he addressed a description of the research sample, as well as the hardware and tools used experimentally and design tests of vehicles and electronic device designer, as explained experiments exploratory first and second as well and explained how to conduct the foundations scientific Allachtbarat (sincerity, consistency, objectivity) and experience any major rationing tests on a sample of research and finally statistical means. As has been the analysis and discussion of the results in order to achieve the objectives of the research to identify indicators tests public, as well as the final tests (footwork and physical and functional) as well as standard grades and levels. The researcher came out with several conclusions including the following: - The test designer showed individual differences between members of the research sample of crude during grades and levels obtained by the members of the sample when the rationing of these tests.
