| Abstract | ||
| This research aims at evaluating the fields of regulation and their positive effect on the society from the point of view of the instructors of Al-Qadissya university. The sample of the study consists of (66) instructors with PhD degree and they have the title of Prof. and Asst. Prof. the scale of the research consists of five fields against five degrees (very high, medium high, weak, non) respectively. The study comes to a result that the fields of regulation are actualized by the degree of medium as the first field which is (motives that are presented to the instructors by the university) has the degree of medium. The second field is (training the university presents to the instructors) has got the degree medium also while the third and the fourth fields (participation of the university in the process of taking decisions) and the field of the (regulating fit in and persistence in the work) have the degree of weak | ||
