Abstract
The research aimed to put correct scientific bases when choosing a successful, influential and suitable style of training by using special exercises by upwards spaces according to proposed times in the development of the speed carrying and achieve running of 1500m, the research sample consist of (4) junior players of 1500m belonging to the National Center for the talented of the year 2012-2013 in the international Al-Shaab stadium. The researcher turned to (in the theoretical side) carrying the special speed by its concept and training. She used the experimental method by the style of one group for the pre and post tests, the researcher used the special carrying speed of 1000m test and achievement test of 1500m, after getting the results, it has been statistically processed by appropriate statistically ways. The researcher reached to a set of conclusions for example, the special trainings of upwards spaces according to proposed times helped in improvement of special carrying speed of running 1000m and achievement of running 1500m, the researcher recommended by adopting the special trainings of upwards spaces according
