Abstract
The( precinct Makhmoor) has paid the tug-operations through the Iraqi governments, the Kurdish nationalist movement then the Kurdistan region on the administrative associated, which affected the economic and architectural career fortaking many paths,one of these attempting movedto confirm the idea that the precinctspopulation are only one component and the rest for outsiders. This research endeavouring to move closer to thereality, that the Iraqi geographical area ofprecinct during the period from 1900 until 1932, where the emergence of the reveal; and administrative boundaries, demographic population and form social relationships among residents of theprecinctand whatto extent of theharmony and coexistence among its components? The research found that theprecinct Makhmoorwasby mid-nineteenth century cashed Arab presence regionally, andthe existence is oldest from the Kurdish presence, which emerged and expanding on the Arab tribes, the account and the motivated by religious. The proudKurds asArabsrelatively and looked upon the respect and appreciation. Almost Kurdish leader feel proud to be relative to theArab on that time. Although in the nineteenth century the event of a collision and war between the Arab tribe (Tay) and the Kurdish tribe (Dizaai) they clashes around the land, hence eventuallythey reached a compromise for theacceptance, Intermarriageand coexistence point.
