Abstract
The researcher include five sections, aiming at Knowing the administrative skills for leaders in the College of Sport Education and their relationship to Administrative skills. The research community includes the deans and dean assistance and the head of branches in the colleges of Sport Education for the academic year 2012/2013 of number 61. They were chosen in the purposed manner and the questionnaire forms were distributed to them. 60 forms were collected and one was excluded for not suitability. After determining the concept of administrative skills and reviewing the literatures and previous studies as well as the as the scientific references and interviewing number of the specialized in the Administrative and psychology and dialoging them about determine the question, the researcher come up with the most important the question, the researcher come up with the most important finding of the study which that the research sample have administrative skills and also perform the administrative reform by themselves. The most important recommendations is to hold training courses to the leaders of Sport Education Colleges about administrative skills in general and technical skills in particular. .
