Abstract
Abstract Objectives include research to identify the focus of Job Satisfaction among faculty members as well as to identify the Professional Loyalty they have and thus to identify the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Professional Loyalty . The research hypotheses are hypotheses statistically significant between Job Satisfaction and Professional Loyalty relationship with the faculty members in the College of Physical Education Baghdad University and formed the research sample of (60) by researcher has used the measurements of Job Satisfaction and Professional Loyalty . measure for Job Satisfaction prepared by the (intisarmohammed (2003) on the faculty which consists of the original five axes .this means the scale of (45 paragraph) . Professional Loyalty prepared by muneerahmed (2011). survey on working in public institutions in Riyadh consists scale of three axes with. (25) vertebra . The researcher mentioned after the adoption of the two scales presented to experts and specialists and the change in proportion to the work of the researcher and Annex (1) shows that :The summary of the results that have been reached are There are significant relationship between Job Satisfaction and Professional Loyalty among .faculty members at the university
