| Abstract | ||
| The book (Egypt Conquers and its news) is considered one of historical origins that are very important in the study of history of Egypt. It is specialized in Arab Islamic conquer for this region and what comes after that from financial systems included the land tax and tribute. The research focused on water resources of land taxes according to statistic processes that proved the richness of this region. But this richness could not be able to judicial application due to holy Koran and honourable prophet sunna because those who ruled the region doesn’t care just taking money for himself , and the proof for this point is the correspondences between Caliph Omar Bin Al-Khatab (God satisfied on him) and his ruler in Egypt Omro Bin Al-Ass, in which the Caliph blamed his ruler for not receiving the resources. Egypt resources of tribute were little and more according to the view of caliphate. Sometimes, the tribute would be on those who enter Islam of conscience people and sometimes excuse them, and that affects the amount of resources. The census for this region was not very accurate, so the amount of resources wasn’t accurate, too. So the amount that enters the treasury was not specific. We will show that later in our research. | ||
