Abstract
Abstract Note the researcher being a former player and following up on them and through follow-up of local, Arab and international tournaments observed variation performance of the Iraqi player efficiency compared to other levels, as the researcher noted weakness in the level of some of the physical capacity of the game, particularly in the level of carrying your performance including marks vulnerable when Iraqi players which affects negatively to hold them and their achievement level of your game performance, hence the research problem in the development of this capability. The research aims to identify: 1-Preparation of exercises to develop the skill of the players carrying Taekwondo Performance. 2-Identify the effect of exercise in skill development for players carrying recipe Taekwondo members of the private performance of the research sample. The use of the experimental method to players Arab club sport of Taekwondo and the adult population (20) players, it was an eye divided into experimental groups and the control group and the number of members of each group (10) players, was applied exercise technique to all members of the sample in order to develop bear their performance, and after the implementation of footwork exercises used on the research sample was conducted meta-test them. And after completing a post-test data were statistically using statistical processing system (spss) and after processing and analyzing the results researcher concluded the following: 1- The success of the exercise technique used to develop afford private performance for members of the research sample. 2- Caused exercise technique used for the development of a good proportion of the experimental group relative to the control group. 3- The exercise technique used did not occur in advanced variable (bearing performance kick semicircular) between the experimental and control groups. 4- The evolution of carrying your performance leads to raise the general level of Taekwondo player and significantly. Based on the conclusions of the research researcher recommends the following: 1-Adoption of the approach used to develop exercises afford private performance for the development of performance requirements for Taekwondo players. 117
