| Abstract | ||
| The study aims at defining the crimes of the information technology, their kinds and the features and characteristics of those who commit such crimes and the reasons and motives behind the spreaded crimes. The Researcher has used in the preparation of this research the descriptive method as it suits the purpose of the research. The researcher reached a number of recommendations to reduce the spread of such phenomenonsuch as: the necessity to work on issuing new IT laws to limititand the necessity to take good care of family and schools education to build new generation who is able to use information technology positively. | ||
