| Abstract | ||
| The wide spread of communication and information technologies recently result in developed and rapid changes in different sectors like financial, banking, and commercial sectors. Such development used to be called as digital economics, where different commercial transaction can be hold via internet and change the usual traditional paper treatments to electronic ones. The electronic commerce was prominent in the transaction of buying and selling, conducting agreements, revealing offers and so on. This commerce shortened place and time factors to be able on covering their different agents and brokers electronically. Also there were certain legislations to protect and organize this commerce. These conceptions encouraged Gulf Cooperation Council Countries to adopt the electronic commerce for developing their economical state in one hand and follow up the international information development like all the advance countries. | ||
