| The research includes Part I Introduction research and its importance has been eating recipe flexibility and what role they are playing in the development of the skill of the appeal, as the researcher research problem, which expounded where there is weakness in the performance of the appeal movement among students of the Faculty of Physical Education and this select targets research to identify the variables of research and study the impact of flexibility on the skill of the appeal and through Elkinmeteki For this analysis the researcher assumed that there is a positive impact of flexibility on the skill of the appeal. The second section Vttriq researcher to Alndharah studies that afflict flexible and ratings as well as basic skills in the game of fencing, including the skill challenge. The third chapter explained researcher on how and in what manner was the solution to the problem of research after research sample to determine the homogeneity and equal and procedures for search field to find a scientific basis for testing the skill of the appeal and a tribal tests to sample and after the implementation of the main experience through the introduction of the proposed flexibility for the practical lesson exercises for a month and a half and then hold the post tests on a sample of research and statistically treated to get the results of the tests. For the fourth-to-door so the researcher presented the results of the tests and tribal dimensional analysis and discussion of all the research and variables Kinmetekih variables, but for the fifth door to the researcher has reached several conclusions, including:: 1-The flexibility exercises suggested a positive effect on the development of a skill challenge to the research sample (experimental group).) The recommendations were either of them: 1-Emphasis on containing practical lesson on the best flexibility exercises, as well as machinery and tools so as to their importance in providing the time allowed for the training and performance of motor tasks. | ||
